1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and QuickPages ("QuickPages," "we," "us," or "our"), an online service operated from Panama. They apply to QuickPages.co, the QuickPages application, hosted QuickPages domains, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use QuickPages for a business or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
2. What QuickPages provides
QuickPages lets users create and host landing pages, lead forms, thank-you pages, funnels, and A/B tests; review campaign analytics; export collected leads; and connect supported third-party services. Features may vary by plan and may change as the product evolves.
You are responsible for your campaign strategy, offers, copy, links, integrations, and use of any information collected through your pages. QuickPages does not endorse or verify every user-created page.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity under your account.
- You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. Free plans, Lifetime Pro, and payments
Free accounts are subject to the limits shown in the Service. We may adjust free-plan features or limits as the product changes.
Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase that provides access to the paid QuickPages plan for the commercial lifetime of the QuickPages service. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, guarantee that QuickPages will operate forever, or guarantee that every current feature will remain unchanged. Reasonable technical, security, and anti-abuse limits still apply.
Checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, and receipts are handled by our payment provider, currently Polar. Your purchase may also be subject to the provider's checkout terms. You authorize the applicable charges presented at checkout.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
Referral program
Eligible account holders may share a personal referral link and receive a percentage of qualifying purchases made by accounts attributed through that link. Referral attribution, commission rates, minimum payout amounts, review periods, and other current program details are shown in the Service and may be changed prospectively.
Rewards are not immediately payable. They remain pending during the displayed review period and may be disallowed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, duplicate or manipulated accounts, prohibited promotion, or other abuse. QuickPages may review referral activity, require reasonable verification, suspend participation, or end the program. No level of earnings is guaranteed.
Available rewards are currently paid manually after the account holder contacts QuickPages and satisfies the displayed minimum. You are responsible for your own taxes, disclosures, and legal obligations relating to referral income. A reward marked paid may later be identified as disallowed after a chargeback; any recovery will be handled separately and will not automatically create a negative account balance.
5. Your content, pages, and leads
You retain ownership
You retain ownership of the text, images, files, branding, form configuration, and other material you submit to QuickPages ("User Content"). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention.
You are responsible for your campaigns
You decide what information your pages request and why it is collected. You are responsible for:
- having a lawful basis and any required consent to collect, use, export, or contact leads;
- providing your visitors with accurate notices, disclosures, offer terms, and unsubscribe options;
- responding to visitor privacy requests relating to your campaign;
- protecting exported data and limiting access to people who need it;
- ensuring your content, downloads, offers, and follow-up messages comply with applicable laws; and
- not collecting sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary and you are legally permitted to do so.
If a form submits directly to Mailchimp, GetResponse, Zapier, a custom webhook, or another provider, your use of that provider is also governed by its terms and privacy practices.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create, publish, promote, collect data for, or facilitate:
- phishing, scams, fraud, impersonation, fake alerts, deceptive downloads, or misleading claims;
- malware, credential theft, harmful code, unauthorized access, or interference with the Service;
- unsolicited spam, purchased-list abuse, abusive traffic, or attempts to manipulate advertising or analytics;
- illegal products, services, activity, or content;
- adult or sexually explicit content, gambling, or unlawful prize promotions;
- false, unsafe, or deceptive medical, health, investment, financial, cryptocurrency, or income claims;
- harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or content that endangers another person;
- content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- collection of information from or about minors; or
- attempts to evade account restrictions, moderation decisions, usage limits, or security measures.
Our Hosted Page Content Policy provides additional rules for pages published on the QuickPages hosted network.
7. Moderation and advertising eligibility
QuickPages may review, restrict, unpublish, or remove pages and may suspend accounts when we reasonably believe content violates these Terms, creates risk for visitors or the hosted network, infringes rights, or exposes QuickPages or its providers to legal, security, deliverability, reputation, or advertising-policy risk.
We may act without advance notice when prompt action is necessary. Not every hosted page is eligible to display advertising, and advertising eligibility may be revoked independently of whether a page remains published.
To report suspected abuse or infringement, contact us through the contact page and include the page URL and a clear description of the issue.
8. Third-party services and integrations
The Service can link to or exchange information with third-party services. QuickPages does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, policies, or actions.
You are responsible for destination URLs, credentials, webhook endpoints, and permissions you configure. Webhook and integration delivery can fail because of invalid settings, provider outages, rate limits, or changes made by the receiving service. You should test integrations and retain appropriate backups of important lead data.
9. Service availability and data
We work to keep QuickPages available and secure, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery of every form submission or webhook, continued support for every third-party integration, or preservation of data indefinitely.
You should periodically export important leads and retain copies of original content and uploaded files. We may perform maintenance, change infrastructure, impose reasonable technical limits, or discontinue features when needed to operate the Service.
10. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
You may stop using QuickPages at any time and can deactivate your account from the account settings. You may request permanent deletion by emailing privacy@quickpages.co.
We may suspend or terminate access, unpublish content, or limit features if you violate these Terms, create material risk, fail to pay an amount due, or use the Service in a way that harms visitors, other users, QuickPages, or our providers. Paid access does not exempt an account from moderation or acceptable-use rules.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law, will survive.
11. Intellectual property
QuickPages and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and original materials are owned by QuickPages or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
12. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickPages disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular marketing, revenue, conversion, deliverability, or advertising result.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickPages will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, leads, or business opportunities arising from the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickPages' total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid QuickPages during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $20. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify QuickPages against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, campaigns, lead collection, integrations, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Panama. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot legally be waived.
16. General terms
These Terms and the policies they incorporate are the entire agreement concerning the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our permission.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as QuickPages changes. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects registered users, we may also provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through our contact page. Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@quickpages.co.
