1. Scope and our different roles
This Privacy Policy applies to QuickPages.co, the QuickPages application, pages hosted on QuickPages-managed domains, and related support, billing, and communication services (collectively, the "Service"). QuickPages is operated from Panama.
Account holders and product visitors
QuickPages decides how account, billing, support, security, and product-usage information is handled. For this information, QuickPages acts as the organization responsible for the processing.
Visitors to user-created pages
QuickPages users decide what their landing-page forms ask for and how the resulting leads will be used. The page creator is responsible for that collection and use, while QuickPages generally stores or transmits the information on the creator's behalf. QuickPages separately processes limited page-view, device, security, and campaign-attribution information to host, protect, and measure the Service.
If you submitted information through a user-created page, contact the page creator first regarding its offer, follow-up communications, or use of your information. You may also contact us if you cannot identify the creator or need help reaching them.
2. Information we collect
Account and profile information
We collect information such as your name, email address, password hash, account status, plan, and preferences. If you use social sign-in, we may receive your name, email address, provider identifier, and other information the provider makes available with your permission.
Pages, campaigns, and integrations
We store the pages, funnels, A/B tests, content, uploaded images, form settings, domains, destinations, integration settings, and webhooks you configure. Credentials or signing secrets that QuickPages stores for supported features may be protected using application encryption.
Lead and form information
When a visitor submits a form handled by QuickPages, we may store the submitted email address and any additional fields configured by the page creator, such as a name, phone number, business details, answers, or campaign source information. We associate submissions with the relevant page, view, conversion, funnel, or A/B test.
Some legacy Mailchimp or GetResponse forms submit information directly to the selected provider. In those cases, QuickPages may record a conversion without retaining the complete form submission.
Usage, device, and attribution information
We collect information such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, page views, session identifiers, approximate campaign source, UTM parameters, and signals used to detect bots, abuse, or security problems.
Billing information
Payments are handled by our payment provider, currently Polar. We may receive and store transaction information such as customer email, checkout and order identifiers, product, amount, currency, payment status, and provider event data. QuickPages does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Referral program information
When you follow a valid QuickPages referral link, we may store the referral code in an encrypted first-party cookie and session so the referring account can receive credit if you register. If your account is attributed to a referrer, that relationship is retained with your account. The referrer may see your account name, full email address, signup date, paid-plan status, qualifying purchase amount, and the status and value of the related reward.
Support and feedback
We store messages, feedback, the page from which feedback was submitted, and related technical information when you contact us or use an in-product feedback form.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and provide the Service;
- host pages, process forms, record conversions, deliver webhooks, and produce analytics;
- process purchases and activate paid features;
- provide support, respond to feedback, and communicate about account or service changes;
- send product news, offers, or other marketing where permitted, with an unsubscribe option;
- detect fraud, spam, malicious pages, policy violations, and technical problems;
- improve usability, reliability, templates, and product features; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect users, visitors, QuickPages, and our providers.
Depending on the context and applicable law, we process information to perform our agreement with you, pursue legitimate operational and security interests, comply with law, or based on consent.
6. International processing
QuickPages is operated from Panama and uses providers and infrastructure located in other countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, where privacy laws may differ. We use reasonable contractual, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the service and information involved.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information while it is needed to provide the Service, maintain campaign records, secure the platform, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention requirements. Retention varies by the type of information and why it is held.
Using the account-deletion option currently deactivates the account. To request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal information, email privacy@quickpages.co. We will verify the request and remove or anonymize information that is no longer required. Some billing, security, moderation, legal, and backup records may remain for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.
Page creators are responsible for deciding how long they retain exported leads or copies sent to their own integrations. Deleting information from QuickPages does not delete copies already sent to a creator or third-party destination.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or an export of personal information, or to object to certain processing and withdraw consent. These rights may be subject to verification and legal exceptions.
Account holders can update certain information in QuickPages and can send other requests to privacy@quickpages.co. Landing-page visitors should normally contact the page creator first. If you contact QuickPages about a hosted page, include the page URL and the email address or other information used in the submission so we can evaluate the request.
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message or by contacting us. We may still send necessary transactional, security, billing, or account notices.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS, access controls, password hashing, and encryption for selected sensitive application settings. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and securing lead data after you export it or send it to another provider.
10. Age restriction
QuickPages accounts are for people aged 18 or older. The Service is not intended for children, and users may not knowingly use QuickPages pages to collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor's information has been collected through QuickPages, contact us so we can review it.
11. Third-party pages and services
User-created pages may link to downloads, offers, websites, or services that QuickPages does not operate. Those destinations and any third-party integrations have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before providing information or enabling an integration.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service or our practices change. We will post the current version here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects registered users, we may also provide notice through the Service or by email.
13. Contact
